Mod Çekmeköy

Mod Çekmeköy was developed by Ekcan in Çekmeköy, one of İstanbul’s desirable residential and investment districts, with the needs of family life in mind. A boutique project of three blocks and 38 apartments on a 3,330 m² site, it offers spacious, comfortable homes in 2+1 and 3+1 layouts ranging from 104 m² to 151 m². Parking, a children’s playground, an ornamental pool and landscaped grounds with pergolas complete the project’s quiet, considered character.

Mod Çekmeköy is notable for its transport links: one minute from the third bridge connection road, five minutes from the metro and roughly twenty minutes from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. With universities, shopping centres and everyday amenities close at hand, the project pairs a central location with the intimacy of a small development. Completed in January 2019, Mod Çekmeköy continues as one of Ekcan’s quality residential projects in İstanbul.
