From quality construction to a multi-sector group: half a century of growth
Ekcan Group of Companies was founded in 1975 with the mission of building quality, modern structures to international standards, starting out with construction projects in İstanbul and Kocaeli.
The quality of its work established Ekcan İnşaat as a significant name in the sector. From 1985 onwards the company delivered infrastructure and superstructure contracts for public institutions across Turkey — in İstanbul, Kocaeli, Edirne, Zonguldak, Kastamonu and Muğla among others — and earned a place among the sector’s leading firms by building turnkey facilities.
Having raised the bar in construction and adopted the principle of going one step further with every project, Ekcan went on to add tourism, automotive, hospitality, building materials, insurance, motorcycles, agriculture and commercial real estate development to its areas of activity.
