Mod Alemdağ

Mod Alemdağ is a boutique residential project developed by Ekcan in Alemdağ, one of the greener and fast-developing parts of Çekmeköy in İstanbul. With two blocks and 36 units in total, it was designed around apartment types that suit different family needs: 2+1, 3+1 and 3.5+1 (two, three and three-and-a-half bedrooms plus a living room). Homes range from 111 m² up to 182 m², offering comfortable living through generous floor areas, practical layouts and a modern architectural approach.

Developed with family life in mind, Mod Alemdağ was planned flexibly: the 3.5+1 apartments can be reconfigured as 4+1 on request. The enclosed car park adds to the comfort of daily life and gives residents secure, orderly parking. Bringing together the quiet atmosphere of Çekmeköy and the transport links and amenities of İstanbul, the project stands out among Ekcan’s select residential developments for its boutique scale and its quality of living.
