Developed by Fa Yapı, an Ekcan affiliate, Villa Hirazen comprises 32 detached and 20 semi-detached villas. The 3+1 villas measure 180 m² and the 5+1 villas 255 m². Sixty per cent of the site was designed as green space.
The project includes a 915 m² indoor sports facility, a 575 m² cafeteria, a sauna, a fitness centre, hobby rooms, adult and children's pools and children's play areas.
